Type: Permanent Full-Time
Wage Rate: $26.00/ Hour

Job Requirements:
• Must be able to Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Ability to establish work priorities and ensure procedures followed by deadlines.
• Able to carry out establishment administrative activities.
• Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
• Ability to co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets including maintenance and security services
• Able to assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Must be able to arrange data including special reports and manuals.
• Ability to co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Education & Experience:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• University degree or college diploma in business or public administration can be an asset.
• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
